For the month of March, the Youth Council has started a Psycho-educational series on mental health. Last week, we took the Enneagram Personality test, (which consists of 9 different personality types) that helps us understand our personality and the different perspectives we have. It also helps to know which personality we have so when situations arises, we can use the different coping strategies that work well with our personalities. Last night, we came up with a list of healthy vs. unhealthy coping strategies for stress. We even acted out some scenarios about unhealthy coping strategies (which was a lot of fun to do)! ūüėÄ TheRead More →

We all took the Love Language quiz to discover what each of our Love Language is and engaged in discussion regarding how God displays Love using each Love Language in the Bible. We read from Psalm 139:7-10 & John 13:1-17, when Jesus washed the disciples’ feet with Physical Touch; Hebrews 13:5 & Matthew 1:23 with Quality Time, John 15:9 with Words of Affirmation; Romans 5:8 with Acts of Service; and Romans 6:23Read More →
