How Can A Young Man Keep His Way Pure? A Closer Look At Psalm 119:9-16 By Bill Krayer

Welcome to Grace Community Church we will be looking at Psalm 119:9-16 How Can A Young Man Keep His Way Pure?

Today we’ll be taking a short break from looking at the life of Joseph and turn our attention to Psalm 119:9-16. When most people hear the word purity, they immediately think about sexual purity or things of the like. This is the result of a very poor and shallow understanding of the nature of God. We are told in the sermon on the mount that those with a pure of heart are the ones that will see ( experience the Lord). So it is imperative that we understand how to keep our way pure. Join us today as Elder Bill Krayer shows us  how to keep our way pure as we collectively dive into this psalm.

PS: I will also invite you to like and share the sermon on Youtube because it helps in propagating it to other people around world.

The Service 10.17.2021: Psalm 119:9-16

The Passage:

How can a young man keep his way pure?
    By guarding it according to your word.
10 With my whole heart I seek you;
    let me not wander from your commandments!
11 I have stored up your word in my heart,
    that I might not sin against you.
12 Blessed are you, O Lord;
    teach me your statutes!
13 With my lips I declare
    all the rules[a] of your mouth.
14 In the way of your testimonies I delight
    as much as in all riches.
15 I will meditate on your precepts
    and fix my eyes on your ways.
16 I will delight in your statutes;
    I will not forget your word.
